How to change Backtrack 5/5r3 Boot Screen

This if you want to change your BT5 boot screen either you don't like the BT5 boot screen (the red dragon) or you just want to your picture or hide the fact that you have backtrack installed

  to

hears the commands; 

sudo apt-get install plymouth-theme-*

sudo update-alternatives --config default.plymouth 

(select the one you like) 1-12

sudo update-initramfs -u   #(to save your new configuration )

** note ** with the selection part you can't tell what your "NEW" boot screen looks like until you reboot, so if you don't like it then repeat the above steps and choose a different one and make sure you issue the command to save your configuration !! there is 12 screens so will like one of them !

method 2 : 

go to   /lib/plymouth/themes/simple  sous method graphic 

convert your photo to the next dimension  1024x786 and type ".png"    =  1024x786.png  

and rename your picture to same name "bt5_1024x786.png"  next step replace the picture in same location  "/lib/plymoth/theme/simple"  save it  and reboot 

and remove the default picture "dragon backtrack" you will sea your picture at boot systeme
